Sparkle Express Car Wash – Site General Manager (Chicagoland District)

About the Role: As a Site General Manager , you’ll have the autonomy to run your location according to Sparkle’s high standards while taking full ownership of the operation. You’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success and the face of Sparkle for your customers.
Responsibilities include: Leading and developing your team to provide exceptional customer service.
Driving sales through innovative ideas and team motivation.
Managing daily operations with an eye for efficiency and profitability.
Ensuring the site operates at the highest standard of cleanliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Why Sparkle Express? Competitive Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, plus monthly bonuses and untapped sales commissions.
Sign-On Bonus: Applicants with car wash management experience are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days of employment.

Health Insurance: Available after 90 days of employment.
Flexible Schedule: Work 45–50 hours per week, with two days off to prioritize work-life balance and family time.
