About the Role
The Company is in search of an experienced SVP of Treasury to take on a pivotal role in overseeing private fund banking operations, leading cash management and liquidity strategies, and managing key relationships with banking partners, rating agencies, and financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various internal teams to select banking partners for new products, managing the process of opening and closing fund accounts, and ensuring the timely completion of these processes with global banking partners. Additionally, the role involves preparing and delivering regular and ad hoc reports on account balances, cash activity, and foreign currency programs, as well as supporting vendor management and assisting with payment research and cash reconciliations. Applicants for the SVP of Treasury position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, and have a minimum of 12 years experience in treasury, finance, or cash management within the financial services sector. The role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with Kyriba is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a small team, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to the financial success of the organization. A strong background in liquidity management, and process optimization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment are essential. The role also demands a proactive approach to fostering relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and maintain compliance.
