Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Pharmaceutical (RPO)

Location: Mississauga, ON (3 days/week onsite)

Client: Global Pharmaceutical Leader

About the Role:

Hudson RPO is seeking a Senior Recruiter with proven expertise in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry to support one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world . This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a globally recognized client, helping to deliver exceptional talent solutions in a complex and high-impact environment.

This role is based in Mississauga , with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week onsite . It is a client-facing position that will require strong relationship-building with hiring managers and HR partners.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate management , and stakeholder engagement . We're looking for someone who thrives in complex hiring environments and can deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of complex roles across pharmaceutical and related functions.
• Build and manage strong relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using both traditional and innovative methods.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to help shape talent strategies.
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes and standards.
• Represent Hudson RPO and the client brand professionally and effectively in the talent marketplace.

About You:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within RPO, agency, or corporate settings.
• Strong background recruiting within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors .
• Proven ability to manage complex roles and navigate highly regulated industries.
• Deep sourcing expertise across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.).
• Skilled in building talent pipelines and nurturing passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model with both remote and in-person responsibilities.
