**Job Description: Senior Audit Associate**
We are seeking a friendly and professional Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will provide exceptional client service while leading and assisting with financial statement engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations. You will work with clients across various industries, such as investment partnerships, private equity, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, technology, and professional services. As a Senior Audit Associate, you will also play a key role in developing, training, and mentoring our associates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Take charge of client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial statement engagements while managing budgets effectively.
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns throughout the audit process.
- Identify and address client issues that arise during audits, communicating findings to the Manager or Partner in charge.
- Research, review, and analyze new audit and accounting standards, sharing insights with team members and clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives, applying this knowledge to engagements and training associates accordingly.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in regular training sessions.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BS/BA).
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive audit experience with a public accounting firm.
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and GAAS as they apply to financial statement engagements.

- An entrepreneurial mindset in the Auditor role.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with personal and entity income taxation is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred: investment partnerships, private equity, manufacturing and distribution, or real estate.
- CPA certification is preferred or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.

**Benefits:**
- Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000, with annual merit increases.
- Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

**Remote Work Internet Policy:**
