Sales Manager

We are seeking a sales manager to oversee sales operations and manage our sales staff in a leadership role to foster our sales staff’s growth. This position requires interaction with the sales staff as well as customers. Our goal is to make sure the customer has all the information to make a proper purchase from us.

Requirements:

· 2 plus years of Sales Management experience in Automotive, Power Sports, RV’s or Boats

· Thorough understanding of deal structure

· Ability to understand credit bureau

· Strong leadership abilities

· Strong closing skills

· Experience and ability to handle conflict

· Active in meeting customers and working deals

· Understand how to correctly use a CRM

· Strong work ethic

· Understanding of internet leads and how to process them

· Understanding of F&I

Responsibilities:

· Monitors salesperson productivity and performance

· Daily sales meeting

· Product training with the sales staff

· Maintain a sales training process

· Ensures 100% turn over to F&I Department

· Maintain an excellent CSI rating

· Phone follow-up with customers

· Maintain a well-organized lot through the use of lot staff

· Hiring of sales staff

· Follow all company guidelines and procedures

· Schedules sales team
