About the role:  As a Revenue Operations Manager at Rev.io, you’ll play a critical role in driving our company’s growth strategy by supporting executive leadership in tracking revenue goals and building actionable plans to achieve them. This role combines strategic analysis, industry research, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue performance across our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Help our executive leaders in tracking major revenue and driving goals and the plans to achieve those goals each year. Build and maintain the company’s Billing & Back Office Software knowledge, with a focus on segments in Telecommunications, Managed IT Service Providers, IoT/Wireless Providers, Security & Alarm Integration, and Audio-Visual Installation. This knowledge includes key data on client opportunities, total addressable market, share of market, segment specific data, etc. 
  • Research information on our current and potential customers, focusing on information that helps increase the company’s chances of selling services to them.
  • Research the company’s competitors and maintain our competitive product trackers for use by our organization, including information like competitive positioning, product pricing, and potential advantages/disadvantages vs. our company.
  • Analyze revenue growth trends within our existing client base and support building strategies to maximize average revenue per user.
  • Maintain data in Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesIntel and Outreach, ensuring information is complete, up-to-date, and able to be used by both the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assist VPs of Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Client Success departments in preparing data updates and analyzing progress on KPIs. Document key processes related to operations across key organizational functions in internal databases.
Requirements:
  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field of study, and 3 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving Revenue Operations and Salesforce administration in Telecommunications, Managed IT services, IoT/Wireless, Security & Alarm Integration, or Audio-Visual Installation industries.
  • Experience specified must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: go-to-market technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and SalesIntel; working with large sets of customer data to analyze and identify revenue growth opportunities; preparing presentations and reports to communicate revenue growth opportunities based on data analyses to decision makers.

     
  • Experience specified must include 2 years of experience with merging CRM platforms due to corporate change. This role will be based in Rev.io’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Telecommuting will be permitted up to 3 days per week.
