About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Support onboarding activities for new hires as needed
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Provide excellent candidate experience through clear, professional communication
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other outreach activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual a MUST
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or related fields is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Proficient with MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position based in Bloomingdale, IL, combining both remote and in-office work to support our team effectively.
The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, sit for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions. Reasonable accommodation is available for qualified applicants with disabilities.
