We are looking for a Recruiter to take the lead in identifying and engaging world-class engineering and operations talent. In this role, youll play a foundational part in helping Lunar scale our technical teams by building strong pipelines, owning outbound search, and setting the tone for an excellent candidate experience from first touch.

Over the next 6 months, here are some ways you can make an impact:

1. Source Exceptional Technical Talent: Build and manage outbound pipelines for key engineering roles - proactively identifying and engaging candidates who raise the bar.

2. Manage Top-of-Funnel: Own early-stage candidate engagement and screening, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience while moving candidates efficiently through the pipeline.

3. Build the Talent Brand: Represent Lunar with professionalism and clarity in every candidate interaction, and collaborate on creative outreach campaigns to share our story in ways that resonate with technical audiences.

4. Drive Process Improvements: Help build scalable sourcing and recruiting workflows, contributing to tools, systems, and data hygiene to support long-term hiring success.

Your Experience:

1. Technical Sourcing Skills: Youve successfully sourced engineers in high-growth environments, and you know how to evaluate and engage technical talent.

2. Startup Energy: You bring genuine excitement to the mission and the work, and know how to share that energy with candidates. Youre motivated by building from the ground up, and you naturally inspire others to want to be part of what were building.

3. Proactive Mindset: You thrive in outbound-first search - comfortable building lists, crafting compelling outreach, and iterating quickly to improve response rates.

4. Pipeline Management: You can manage multiple searches at once, keep pipelines organized, and know how to maintain momentum without letting top candidates slip through the cracks.

5. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactively identifies and seizes opportunities, solving novel, high-ambiguity challenges with first-principles thinking, resourcefulness, and a bias for action.

6. Experience Level: A minimum of 4 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in early-stage tech startups.

7. Mission Driven: A passion for making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Lunar supports a flexible hybrid work environment. We encourage in-person collaboration with an expectation of working onsite three days a week.
