We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Campus Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position is hybrid in Downtown Miami, FL.

Duties

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage applicant tracking systems to streamline the hiring process.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
• Participate in onsite campus recruiting.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate communications.

Skills

• Proven experience in onsite campus recruiting is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
