About Us:
We are a busy team at an energy consulting firm looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive assistant to help support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). If you’re someone who’s comfortable with simple tasks and can stay on top of things, this might be a good fit for you.
Position Overview:
This is an entry-level role, so no prior experience is needed. We’re looking for someone to take care of basic tasks that are easy to learn. You’ll be handling paperwork, updating records, managing emails, and keeping track of simple tasks to help keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Documentation: Review and organize paperwork as needed.
Email Management: Sort through emails and flag important ones.
Task Coordination: Help keep track of tasks and deadlines to make sure things stay on schedule.
Data Entry and Reporting: Input information into our system and maintain accurate customer data.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Assist in organizing meetings and appointments to keep the COO’s calendar running smoothly.
