Visit us at: You are: We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director with experience in driving, concepting, pitching, and delivering omni-channel, brand-building campaigns that meet the strategic needs of Fortune 500 clients. You should be capable of leading all creative aspects of projects, providing guidance and feedback on art and copy disciplines, and leading integrated teams to create excellent work. Your role involves presenting directly to clients and collaborating across disciplines including strategy, media, data/analytics, and technology. Key responsibilities include: Providing a compelling vision for opportunities and projects Managing detailed project aspects across design and copy Serving as the primary creative lead or supporting senior leadership Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project success Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships Contributing hands-on to work when necessary Supporting new business initiatives through concepting and deck creation Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media, including digital, social, film, longform content, and print At least 5 years of experience leading creative teams and presenting to clients Exceptional online portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work for multiple brands across media Experience working within a creative agency or similar industry environment Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) clients Portfolio featuring award-winning, industry-recognized work (e.g., OneShow, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years), preferably in advertising or related creative fields Experience using GenAI tools to enhance the creative process Clear perspective on AI and the future of advertising Proficiency with industry-standard creative software and GenAI tools Fluency in social media platforms and trends Experience managing scaled Agency of Record (AOR) engagements Passion for integrating creativity, data, and technology Strong storytelling and narrative structuring skills for presentations and pitches Excellent public speaking and presentation skills Additional Information: Compensation varies based on factors like location, role, skills, and experience.
