Key Responsibilities:
As the Commercial Roofing Project Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, implementation, and tracking of multiple concurrent commercial roof projects from pre-construction to completion. We are looking for an Experienced and Team Oriented roofing professional to lead the management of projects while focusing on completion on time and within budget.

• Project Scheduling & Planning: Develop and manage detailed project schedules and phasing plans to ensure timely completion.
• Cost Management: Oversee job costs through ECAC and WIP reviews, ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Workforce Management: Control and optimize manpower allocation on multiple projects.
• Project Coordination: Drive project activities to achieve successful outcomes by maintaining focus on timelines and budgets.
• Blueprint Proficiency: Effectively read and perform takeoffs from plans and specifications for new and reroofing projects.
• On-Site Leadership: Manage assigned projects by coordinating and supervising subcontractors on-site.
• Multitasking: Prioritize and manage multiple activities across various projects efficiently.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business throughout project management.
• Pre-Construction Involvement: Participate in pre-job meetings to ensure a seamless handoff from estimating to operations.
• Purchase Orders: Prepare purchase order requests for review.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with project contacts regarding scheduling and updates.
• Inventory Oversight: Ensure materials are received and accounted for at the project site.
• Final Inspections: Coordinate inspections with customers and manufacturers, advising estimating upon project completion.
• Quality Control: Take overall responsibility for the quality of all projects, ensuring high standards are met.
• Support Estimating Team: Assist the estimating team with job walks and small service projects as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to the safety plan in line with company policies.
• Additional Duties: Embrace other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial roofing, with a background in Project Management and/or estimating.
• Blueprint Literacy: Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial/industrial system design, installation code compliance, and manufacturer requirements for warranties.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong time management abilities.
• Organized & Active: Highly organized, enjoys outdoor work, and can lift and climb up to 30 feet or multiple flights of stairs.
• Team Player: Collaborative and aligned with our core values, capable of clearly explaining problems and solutions to customers.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record is required.
