Location: Denver, Colorado (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, order processing, and resolving product or service issues. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
• Document customer interactions, tracking inquiries and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Provide accurate information about billing, product details, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in difficult situations.
• Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems.
