• Reconcile, code, and approve invoices and credit memos.
• Research issues.
• Communicate and coordinate daily with vendors.
• Backup for other accounting department associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have at least two years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to 10-key accurately and proficiently.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Have a “make it happen” attitude, take pride in your work, and have strong customer service and communication skills.About Us
